Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the recursave.com website (the "Site"), operated by RecurSave Limited ("RecurSave", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in New Zealand.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes, to describe our Financial Leakage Review service, and to allow interested parties to submit a Request a Review enquiry.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or any systems or networks connected to it
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except for legitimate search engine indexing
• Submit false or misleading information through the Request a Review form
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Service scope and nature of information

Information on the Site describes RecurSave's Financial Leakage Review service. The content on the Site is general information only and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, audit, or regulated financial advice. RecurSave provides commercial financial review services only. We are not a licensed accounting firm, tax agent, auditor, or financial adviser in any jurisdiction.

Any action you take based on information on the Site is your own responsibility. You should seek appropriate professional advice before making any financial, tax, legal, or business decision.

Engaging RecurSave for a Financial Leakage Review is governed by a separate written engagement agreement, not by these Terms of Use. The engagement agreement takes precedence over these Terms for matters relating to any paid engagement between RecurSave and a client.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and structure, is the property of RecurSave Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal or business use only. You may not:

• Reproduce or republish Site content on another website or platform
• Use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from any Site content

The RecurSave name and logo are trademarks of RecurSave Limited. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Links to third-party websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operation of third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecurSave disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any information on the Site is accurate, current, or complete. Information on the Site may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecurSave Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall RecurSave's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site exceed one hundred New Zealand dollars (NZD 100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including in New Zealand under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for consumer use, or in other jurisdictions under equivalent consumer protection legislation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecurSave Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by the courts of New Zealand, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
