RecurSave Limited provides an independent Financial Leakage Review for owner-led US service businesses, typically with $500K–$5M in annual revenue, using QuickBooks Online exports.
What RecurSave does
RecurSave reviews submitted records for evidence-supported recoverable value and for leakage patterns that may need context. The review and Findings Summary are free. A detailed Findings Report is optional and costs 10% of the estimated recoverable value stated in the Findings Summary.
RecurSave identifies only what the evidence directly supports. You decide what to do next. The service is described in what RecurSave reviews, how a review works, and how pricing works.
Whom RecurSave serves
RecurSave is for owner-led US service businesses where the owner still makes financial decisions and signs off payments, multiple jobs, projects, or recurring invoices move through the books each month, and standard QuickBooks Online exports can be provided as static files under a signed Engagement Agreement.
It is unlikely to fit businesses under $500K annual revenue, businesses with less than a full year of financial records, product, retail, e-commerce, or inventory-led businesses, formal insolvency proceedings or active financial disputes, or situations where the owner or financial decision-maker will not be personally involved.
What RecurSave is not
RecurSave provides commercial financial review services only. It does not provide financial advice, accounting services, audit services, tax advice, or legal services. It is not a fraud investigation, debt collection service, or QuickBooks-affiliated product. It does not recover money, guarantee recovery, operate inside the client's accounting system, or access accounting-system credentials.
How customers interact with RecurSave
Work starts with the public website, a short request form, and a signed Engagement Agreement. Records are uploaded through an access-restricted link. RecurSave then delivers a written outcome. Questions can be sent to hello@recursave.com.
RecurSave Limited is based in New Zealand. The review is offered to owner-led US service businesses. How records are handled is summarised on the security page and described in more detail in data handling, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of use.
Public resources
RecurSave also publishes Guides on common QuickBooks record questions, Research based on identified public data sources, and free Tools that help business owners understand their numbers. Research methods are described in how RecurSave Research is prepared. These resources support understanding; they are not a substitute for a signed review engagement.
