How RecurSave pricing works

The review and Findings Summary are free. If you request the detailed Findings Report, the fee is 10% of the estimated recoverable value stated in the Summary, paid before delivery.

The review is free

RecurSave reviews your submitted records and assesses whether they support material estimated recoverable value. No fee is charged for the review.

The Findings Summary is free

If material estimated recoverable value is identified, you receive a free Summary showing the number of findings, the estimated recoverable value, and the Report fee. If no material estimated recoverable value is identified, RecurSave notifies you in writing. No Findings Summary is issued, no fee is payable, and the engagement ends with no further obligation.

The detailed Report is optional

You decide whether to request the detailed Findings Report. If you do, the fee is 10% of the estimated recoverable value stated in your Summary, paid before delivery. The fee is calculated on the estimated value at the time of the review, not on the amount you ultimately recover.

Estimates are good-faith commercial estimates based on the records reviewed, not guarantees of recovery. The fee covers the detailed findings and supporting evidence, and is payable only if you request the Report.

Illustrative example

If a Findings Summary showed $5,000 of estimated recoverable value and you requested the Report, the fee would be 10% of that estimate: $500. This is an illustrative example, not a client result. The estimate reflects what the submitted records support; it is not a promise of recovery.

Why the fee is not tied to money recovered

Recovery depends on your actions, your customers, your suppliers, and timing factors outside RecurSave's control. RecurSave identifies what appears recoverable; recovery itself is owner-driven. Tying the fee to estimated value rather than recovered value lets the engagement complete in defined timeframes and lets you act on the findings on your own terms.

RecurSave does not help recover the money. Recovery depends on relationships you have with customers, suppliers, and your team. RecurSave's role is to identify what appears recoverable and provide the evidence and reasoning behind each finding.

The 10% fee applies to estimated recoverable value in the primary review categories. Observational categories do not receive assigned recoverable value unless the submitted records directly support it, and they do not generate an additional fee. How the review proceeds is described separately.
